Used. This is beaded, painted and carved leather with a Batman logo featuring Seahawk eyes. It has a woven leather neck strap. The leather is nice and sturdy, the beads are tight. 
I’ve had this in my collection for many years. I have worn it on many occasions, but it’s spent most of its time hanging. It’s ready for new home and new life. I got this from a trusted local vendor who acquired it from a incarcerated indigenous person.
